Stephen A. Rosetta

Stephen A. Rosetta is the current CEO at IQHQ. Prior to IQHQ, Stephen was the Chief Investment Officer at Kilroy Realty Corporation from June 2017 to August 2019. Stephen has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 20 years and was previously with Cushman & Wakefield from September 1996 to June 2017, where they held the title of Vice Chairman.

Stephen A. Rosetta has a Master Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Business Administration from California State University San Marcos.
