Alessandro Landra

Alessandro Landra is a Staff Engineer and Tech Lead at IQM Quantum Computers since October 2020, specializing in qubit and quantum processor technology with responsibilities including the design and maintenance of scalable quantum processors, novel circuit design research and development, as well as cross-team coordination. Prior experience includes a role as Technical Lead for QPU design and Quantum Engineer at the Centre for Quantum Technologies, and a research internship focused on circuit QED resonators. Alessandro has a solid academic background with a Ph.D. in Physics from the Centre for Quantum Technologies, a Master of Science in Quantum Information & Computation from Università degli Studi di Torino, and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the same institution. Additionally, various teaching assistant positions at the University of Turin contributed to Alessandro's proficiency in computational methods and mathematical software.
