Luisa Rivera

Ma. Luisa Rivera is the AVP of Workforce Management at iQor, a position held since September 2015, where they manage real-time queue operations, scheduling tasks, and analyze reports to enhance departmental standards. Previously, Rivera worked at Sutherland Global Services as a CSR/Peer Trainer, developing training materials to aid in onboarding, and served as a Reports Specialist at West Unified Communications Services, focusing on client and internal reporting. With a background in workforce management at Aegis Peoplesupport, they coordinated with management to meet service targets. Rivera holds a degree in Christian Education and Early Childhood Education from Bethel Bible College, earned in 2006.
