Italo Segnini

Italo Segnini is an independent board member at iQSTEL. Italo was previously the VP International Carrier Business at Televisa Telecom (Bestel) from April 2016 to March 2018. Before that, they were the Director International Carrier Business at Millicom International Services (Tigo) from September 2011 to March 2016, where they were responsible for the International Long Distance and Roaming Business for the Millicom (Tigo) Group. Italo has also served as the V.P. Business Development Latam at Opextel / 123.com.ve from January 2009 to December 2011.

Italo Segnini has a Master in Telecom Law from Universidad Pontificia Comillas de Madrid, a Programa Avanzado de Gerencia (PAG) from IESA, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Unversidad Catolica Andres Bello.
