Sarah Pouliot is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent engagement. Currently serving as a Full Cycle Recruiter/Engagement Leader at IQTalent since January 2025, Sarah previously held the position of Recruiting Manager at Robert Half from April 2024 to January 2025. Prior to that, Sarah contributed to IQTalent Partners from February 2021 to April 2024 in various roles, including Engagement Leader/Recruiter and Senior Associate. Experience also includes administrative support at Williamson County CASA, where Sarah played a key role in managing volunteer recruitment and training, as well as an internship at the Helen Ross McNabb Center focusing on community support and therapeutic curriculum development. Sarah began their career as a preschool teacher at Primrose Schools after earning a Bachelor's degree in Child and Family Studies with a focus on Community Outreach from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
