Tony Trenkle

Tony Trenkle serves as the CEO of TTrenkle Consulting LLC since January 2018, providing strategic consulting services to clients in the IT and Healthcare sectors. Previously, Tony held multiple leadership roles at IBM from January 2014 to January 2018, including Chief Health Information Officer for the US Federal Software and the IBM Global Healthcare Industry, developing go-to-market strategies and supporting federal health agencies. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Information Officer and Director of Information Services at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, leading e-health initiatives and managing a substantial IT budget. Tony's career began at the Social Security Administration and the General Services Administration, where significant roles involved overseeing electronic commerce efforts. Tony holds a B.A. in Economics and History from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and further education from Loyola University Maryland.
