Iqra Khurshid (L.I.O.N)

Iqra Khurshid (L.I.O.N) has a diversified work experience in the field of recruitment. Iqra began their career as an intern at HDFC Bank in 2016. After that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition trainee at ManpowerGroup, where they gained experience in sourcing, screening, requirements fulfillment, and handling end-to-end recruitment. Iqra then progressed to the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist at ManpowerGroup, where they continued to excel in these areas. In 2019, Iqra joined ServStaff Solutions Inc. as a Lead Talent Acquisition, where they took on additional responsibilities such as team management and guiding team members in the recruitment process. Since 2020, they have been working at iQuasar, LLC, initially as a Recruitment Professional and later as a Senior Recruitment Professional. In this role, they have demonstrated expertise in full life cycle recruiting, specializing in the field of Federal/Cleared US Recruitment. Iqra has handled all levels of clearance and worked on small to mid-sized federal, state, intelligence, and DOD contracting environments. Iqra is known for their ability to develop creative recruitment strategies, utilize various recruiting platforms, and successfully source and recruit candidates for positions requiring high-level security clearances in the Federal Government.

Iqra Khurshid (L.I.O.N) began their education at Srinagar British School, where they completed their high school education from 1995 to 2008. Following that, from 2008 to 2010, they attended Govt. College for Women Nawakadal, Srinagar, where they obtained their 12th degree in Business/Commerce. From 2011 to 2014, Iqra studied at Islamia College of Science & Commerce, Srinagar, earning their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree. During the same period, they also studied at Excel Technologies, completing a one-year Diploma in Computer Science. Later, from 2014 to 2016, they pursued their Master of Business Administration - MBA at Islamic University of Science & Technology, Pulwama, specializing in Human Resources Development and finance. Furthermore, Iqra has obtained additional certifications, including "Communication Foundations" from LinkedIn, which they received in December 2020, and "What is Graphic Design?" from LinkedIn, obtained in October 2020.
