Devesh Upadhyaya

Devesh Upadhyaya is the Founder and CEO of iQuest Management Consultants Pvt Ltd., a leading recruiting company in India established in 2000. iQuest operates with over 200 recruiters across multiple offices in India and the UAE, specializing in various sectors including IT, Telecom, Manufacturing, Engineering, BFSI, and Construction. Devesh began a hands-on recruitment role from 2000 to 2003, mastering the recruitment process and headhunting before expanding the company. Before founding iQuest, Devesh served in the Indian Army from 1981 to 2003, where the journey included training at NDA Khadakwasla and achieving the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the 10 Sikh Light Infantry. Devesh completed education at Military School Ajmer and Belgaum, culminating in an 11th Class CBSC qualification.
