Eshika Hari

Eshika Hari is a Sr. Bench Sales Recruiter at TEK NINJAS since March 2023, responsible for managing the recruitment process from gathering requirements to issuing offers while actively seeking referrals. Prior to this role, Eshika served at IQuest Solutions Corporation from November 2020, progressing from Associate Consultant to Consultant, and providing comprehensive recruitment solutions, including screenings and interviews. Eshika holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Adikavi Nannaya University, completed in October 2020, and an Intermediate degree from The Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh, attained in May 2017.
