Lauren Hayes

Lauren Hayes is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Group Financial Controller in Bermuda for IQUW since October 2022, Lauren has previously held senior positions at Enstar Group as VP of Finance and at ILS Investment Management Limited as Head of Finance. Prior experience includes serving as VP of External Reporting at Validus Group and as a Senior Auditor at PwC Bermuda. Additionally, Lauren began their career as a Senior Accountant at LarsonAllen. A graduate of Bemidji State University, Lauren earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
