Amit Srivastava

Amit Srivastava has extensive experience in incentive compensation and sales force effectiveness, having worked as a Principal and Engagement Manager at IQVIA from May 2018 to March 2021. Prior to that, Amit held various positions at Optymyze between August 2015 and April 2018, including Product Manager for Configured Solutions, where responsibilities included leading a global team to develop industry-specific quota solutions, and Manager of Professional Services, focused on client engagement and strategy execution. From July 2007 to August 2015, Amit worked at Synygy, serving as Manager of Professional Services and Senior Consultant, managing sales operations for a Fortune 5 client. Earlier roles included business analyst internship at Dorman Products and MIS Consultant at the Small Business Development Center at Temple University. Amit holds an MS in Management Information Systems from Temple University and a BE in Computer Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth.
