Ben Hoyle

Ben Hoyle is an experienced professional with a robust background in quality engineering and software development. Currently serving as Director of System Development Lifecycle and Computer System Validation at IQVIA since March 2015, Ben develops and implements SDLC standard operating procedures for the global IT organization while providing quality consulting related to regulatory compliance. Prior to this role, Ben was the Director of Quality Engineering at Blue Cross NC, where strategic reorganization of testing teams led to improved efficiencies. Ben’s career also includes extensive work as Director of Software Quality Engineering at Dex Media, where a quality assurance team was built and developed, as well as experience as a Software Engineer/Project Team Lead at AT&T within a Bell Laboratories initiative. Ben began a professional journey in academia as a Math Instructor at North Carolina State University after completing an MS in Applied Mathematics/Operations Research and a BS in Mathematics, supplemented by a Six Sigma certification from Villanova University.
