Chiara Puttilli

Chiara Puttilli is currently the Director of HR for Italy, Greece, Switzerland, and Israel at IQVIA, where they continue to engage with an array of human resources functions. Previously, Chiara held positions such as HR Organization & Development Manager at Syngenta Crop Protection, managing performance management and talent development processes. They also worked as an HR Generalist at ERM, focusing on recruitment and learning management, and as a Senior HR Manager at Teva Pharmaceuticals, leading organizational changes and workforce planning. Chiara earned a degree in Law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 2005.
