Eric Sherbet

Eric Sherbet is the EVP of General Counsel at IQVIA. Prior to joining IQVIA, they served as General Counsel for Patheon from November 2014 to November 2017. Eric has also served as General Counsel for inVentiv Health from April 2011 to October 2014 and as VP, Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Foster Wheeler from December 2007 to March 2011. In addition, they were the VP-Law and Corporate Secretary for Avaya Inc. from January 2000 to December 2007. Prior to that, they were a Senior Associate in the Corporate Law Department at Paul Hastings from September 1996 to July 2000. Eric began their career as an Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP from September 1995 to September 1996. Eric also worked as an Audit Manager at KPMG Peat Marwick from September 1986 to August 1992.

Eric Sherbet pursued a Juris Doctor at New York University School of Law and a BS Commerce in Accounting at the University of Virginia. Eric also attended West Windsor Plainsboro HS.
