Francesco D'Agostino

Francesco D'Agostino serves as Director of R&D Technology for Southern Europe at IQVIA since March 2024, leading sales efforts and supporting pharmaceutical companies in adopting advanced clinical trial technology solutions. Previously, Francesco held the position of Director at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, responsible for strategic initiatives and the new product pipeline from September 2022 to February 2024. Prior experience at IQVIA included roles as Principal, where Francesco oversaw $50 million in global sales and led a team, as well as temporary assignments in engagement management and as Chief of Staff. Francesco also contributed to A.T. Kearney as a Manager within the LifeScience practice and served as a Senior Consultant at both EY and KPMG Italy, focusing on healthcare and life sciences. Francesco earned both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from Università Bocconi, specializing in Economics and Management of Public Administration and International Institutions.
