Jennifer Rich

Jennifer Rich holds significant experience in strategic operations and project management within the healthcare and corporate event planning sectors. Currently serving as Associate Strategic Operations Director at IQVIA since February 2019, Jennifer manages customer interface and communications while leading multi-disciplinary initiatives. Previously, Jennifer worked at Covance as a Senior Manager, overseeing project management and stakeholder communications, and held roles at the Strategic Solutions Division of PRA Health Sciences and Covance, where presentation design and business development were key responsibilities. Early career experience at DecisionOne as a Corporate Event and Recreational Planner provided a strong foundation in event management and problem-solving. Jennifer is a graduate of Eastern University.
