Kevin England has over 30 years of experience in human resources and training development, predominantly with IQVIA since July 2000, where roles have included Senior Director of HR Business Partnering, HR Operations for the UK and Ireland, and EMEA Training Delivery. Kevin has led teams in delivering workforce strategy, analytics, and employee development solutions across the EMEA region, managing global operations and talent development initiatives. Previous experience includes roles at AWE and the UK Ministry of Defence, focusing on management development training and electronic communications systems design. Kevin holds a B.Eng.(Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Brighton.
