Lubomir Lukac

Lubomir Lukac is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in contract negotiation and management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Director at IQVIA since August 2017, Lubomir leads the Contract Negotiations Team and oversees operations in the EMEA and APAC regions. Previously, Lubomir held roles as Director and Counsel, focusing on contract negotiations within global business operations and overseeing legal matters related to clinical trials and laboratory services. Lubomir's earlier experience includes positions at Erste Group IT, where responsibilities encompassed drafting and negotiating various agreements as Legal Counsel, and managing license agreements as License Manager. Prior to that, Lubomir worked at Dell as Contract Manager and Contract Management Senior Analyst, concentrating on global software procurement. Lubomir holds a Master’s degree in Law from Comenius University and a Doctor of Law in Commercial Law from Paneuropean University.
