Norihiko Minato

Norihiko Minato is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as Chairman and President of IQVIA Japan since October 2016, Minato has played a key role in the company's transformation from QuintilesIMS to IQVIA, focusing on analytics and innovative solutions to enhance patient outcomes. Prior to this, Minato held significant leadership positions at IMS Health, including Chairman of IMS Japan K.K. and President for the Pacific Asia region, overseeing operations across multiple countries. Earlier career experience includes leadership roles at AT&T Japan, where Minato was President, and at IBM, where responsibilities spanned operations and marketing within the Asia Pacific region. Minato holds degrees in Nuclear Engineering from The University of Tokyo.
