Peter Kirk

Peter Kirk is the Chief IP Counsel at IQVIA, where they develop and implement strategies for protecting and capturing the value of intellectual property. With extensive experience in IP management, litigation, and technology transactions, Peter has led teams at various organizations, including Fairchild Semiconductor and Nuance Communications, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. Peter previously worked as a founding attorney at Kirk IP Law and served as Associate General Counsel at ABBYY USA, where they managed global IP rights programs. Peter holds a JD in Intellectual Property Law from Boston College Law School and is pursuing a B.A. in Psychology from Bates College.
