Ron Bruehlman

Ron Bruehlman is executive vice president and chief financial officer for IQVIA. He is responsible for company finance operations, including corporate accounting, financial planning and analysis, internal audit, tax, treasury, investor relations, corporate development, insurance, and the real estate and procurement functions.

Ron is a senior finance leader with 35 years of experience with both public and private companies in the industrial, healthcare services, and petroleum industries. He was previously the Chief Financial Officer of IMS Health from 2011 until the merger of IMS Health and Quintiles in 2016 when he became a senior advisor to the CEO, playing an active role in the integration supporting the executive leadership team. Prior to joining IMS and IQVIA Ron spent 23 years with United Technologies Corporation (UTC), where he held multiple senior finance leadership roles of increasing responsibility. These included leading the finance function at UTC Commercial, Chief Financial Officer of Carrier Corporation, heading the corporate financial planning and analysis function for UTC and leading UTC’s investor relations function.

Ron currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Q2 Solutions, the IQVIA and Quest Diagnostics joint venture.

Ron holds a BS in Economics from the University of Delaware, as well as an MBA from the University of Chicago.
