Erik Jan Baaijens

Erik Jan Baaijens currently holds the position of Conrector at Ir. Lely Lyceum since 2018, following a successful tenure as afdelingsleider onderbouw at Scholengemeenschap Reigersbos from 2005 to 2018, where the underbouw department served 410 students and 36 teachers. Prior to that, Erik served as a docent wiskunde en natuurkunde at Open Schoolgemeenschap Bijlmer from August 2003 to January 2005, and as afdelingsleider and docent wiskunde, natuurkunde, and Transport & Logistiek at Meerwegen scholengroep, location Keistad College, from August 1990 to August 2003. Additionally, Erik gained international experience as a Teacher Trainer in English, didactics, and mathematics in Northern Pakistan through Voluntary Service Overseas from August 1997 to August 1999, focusing on needs analysis, course development, and on-the-job training.
