Majd Jamal Alafifi has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. In 2017, they co-founded IR4Lab | مختبر الثورة السنوية 4 and also became a part of the 2030 Entrepreneurship Program at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals. In 2016, they were a Linde Project coordinator at Hala Supply Chain Services Co. Prior to that, they were a supervisor at MUTTAWIFFY HUJJAJ SOUTH ASIA EST from 2008-2016. Majd Jamal's responsibilities included recording observations and entering data, assisting pilgrims with finding services and information, and communicating with other companies to ensure pilgrims were well taken care of during their stay in Mecca.
Majd Jamal Alafifi has an extensive education history. Majd Jamal obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Economics from Algoma University from 2012 to 2015. Majd Jamal then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Technology Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Saint Mary's University from 2016 to 2017. Most recently, they obtained a Master's Degree in Digital Currency (The World's First Master's Degree in Blockchain) from the University of Nicosia in 2021. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including an Introduction to Digital Currencies from the University of Nicosia in 2019, a Construction Safety and Health Certificate from OSHA-Training.com in 2015, an Enterprise Software Certificate from the Professional Development Center in 2015, a Financial Analyst Certification from the Professional Development Center in 2015, a Lean Six Sigma Certificate (Black Belt) from Lawrence Technological University in 2015, a Lean Six Sigma Certificate (Green Belt) from Lawrence Technological University in 2015, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) from Lawrence Technological University in 2015.
