Dahlia Rizk

Dahlia Rizk has a diverse work experience. In 2021, they have been working as a Junior Software Developer for IRALogix, using Typescript and the Angular framework to develop features for their accountholder, admin, and enrollment portals. Dahlia has also been learning the backend accounting processes of IRALogix, using Java and buoyed by Apache and Activiti frameworks. Additionally, they are currently developing a Full Stack Book Club application as a Java Full Stack Student at Tech Elevator. From 2016 to 2021, they worked as a Systems Analyst / Scrum Master at UPMC Health Plan, resolving roadblocks during development of a new front end CRM application, gathering information regarding root causes, and leading daily standups and weekly sprint planning meetings. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an Application Support Specialist at CECity / Premier Healthcare, Inc. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Marketing Assistant at Voci Technologies and as a Web and Communications Assistant at the University of Pittsburgh Arts and Sciences Graduate Student Organization. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a French Teaching Fellow at the University of Pittsburgh.

Dahlia Rizk has an extensive educational background. Dahlia obtained a Master's Degree in French Language and Literature from the University of Pittsburgh between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a MA in Divinity (Sociology of Religion) from the University of Chicago between 2008 and 2010. Before that, they obtained a BA in French Literature and International Relations from Colgate University between 2004 and 2008. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Treehouse for Courses towards Full Stack JavaScript Techdegree in November 2020, from the University of Michigan for Python for Everybody in October 2020, and from Coursera Course Certificates for COVID19 Data Analysis Using Python.
