Danielle Frank has worked in various roles since 2011. Danielle started as an Attractions Worker at Space Center Houston in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Bookstore Clerk, Conference and Events Customer Support, and Football Filmer at Allegheny College. In 2013, they were an Intern at Gulf Coast Waste Disposal Authority. In 2016, they were a Volunteer Coordinator at AmeriCorps. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at Holy Family Institute as a Risk, Quality, and Compliance Manager, Prevention of Sexual Abuse Compliance Manager, and Program Assistant. Currently, they are a Business Analyst at IRALOGIX, where they work with various stakeholders to hear the future needs of a product and shapes the backlog, writes tickets, and UAT tickets in flight.
Danielle Frank obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International/Global Studies from Allegheny College in 2015. Danielle also obtained an International Studies degree from the same institution during the same time period. In 2019, they completed their Master of Public Administration and Policy - MPAP at American University. In April 2022, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
