Diego Montenegro

Diego Montenegro has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications and technology industry. Diego started their career at Diario El Día La Plata in 1996, focusing on Internet-related roles. Diego then moved on to Telecom Argentina in 1997 as the Gerente de Ingeniería Comercial Mayorista Nacional e Internacional, where they managed special projects and agreements until 2012. From 2012 to 2020, they worked at El Dia in Telecomunicaciones y tecnología, specifically in Digital Revenue. Currently, they serve as the IT Manager - CIO at IRAM - Instituto Argentino de Normalización y Certificación, starting in 2020.

Diego Montenegro attended Universidad Nacional de La Plata from 1991 to 1997, where they obtained a degree in Ingeniero Electrónico in the field of Ingeniería. Diego then pursued a Posgrado Telecomunicaciones in Telecommunications Engineering at Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires from 1999 to 2000. In 2003, they also completed a degree in Pedagogía at Instituto IES. Additionally, Diego obtained a certification in CCNA Cisco from Cisco.
