Gerente De División - Alimentos, Bienes De Consumo, Salud, Sostenibilidad at IRAM

Marcela Carignani has extensive experience in food safety management and certification, currently serving as Gerente de Alimentos y Desarrollo at IRAM since February 2003. Marcela's expertise includes management strategies for Food Safety Management Systems and various certifications such as ISO 9001 and HACCP. In addition to roles at IRAM, Marcela is involved with the Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social de Colombia as a member of the risk assessment group and participates in academic activities across multiple universities as a professor and thesis director. Educational qualifications include an MBA and a Master's in Food Technology from Universidad Católica de Córdoba, alongside advanced training in management from IAE Business School.
