Sima Ghorbani

Sima Ghorbani is a highly experienced legal professional serving as the Managing Partner at Reza Badamch & Associates since April 2015. Ghorbani has been an Attorney At Law with the Iran Central Bar Association since October 2012 and has held positions as a Legal Advisor at both Soren Social Entrepreneurship Institute and Artelia. Previously, Ghorbani worked as an Attorney At Law at Dadseta Law Firm from 2015 to 2019. Ghorbani holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Business Law with a specialization in Innovation Law from the University of Lausanne, completed in July 2023, and also has a Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Allameh Tabataba'i University, as well as a diploma in Banking Law from the University of Tehran.
