Bradley Cawthern

Bradley Cawthern is a seasoned operations director with extensive experience in the life sciences industry. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Irazu Oncology since May 2022, Bradley focuses on leveraging bacterial outer membrane vesicles for cancer therapeutics. Previously, Bradley held the same title at Irazu Bio from December 2019 to March 2024, where the focus was on developing innovative life science companies from academic research. Earlier roles include Quality Control Supervisor at Catalent Pharma Solutions from June 2012 to October 2019, where responsibilities included environmental monitoring of cleanrooms, and various quality control positions at Charles River Laboratories, Fibrocell Science, and Janssen Inc., encompassing critical microbiological testing. Bradley holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia and an Associate of Science in Information Technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology.
