Lucas Aristides Mello

Lucas Aristides Mello has a strong background in the insurance industry, with extensive experience in various leadership roles at IRB(Re). Lucas Aristides is also known for their work in promoting innovation, having served on the Advisory Board of the Instituto de Inovação em Seguros e Resseguros and as a member of the National Innovation Reference Center at Fundação Dom Cabral. In addition to their corporate experience, Lucas has also been involved in entrepreneurship, having co-founded a retailtech startup and owned a retail business previously. Lucas Aristides holds a Master of Business Administration from FGV and a degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas.
