Alexandra Adams has a diverse work experience spanning more than 25 years. Alexandra'smost recent role is as the Marketing Director for the Americas at IRCA Group, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, they held positions such as Senior Brand Marketing Manager at Barry Callebaut Group from 2010 to 2016, Marketing Manager at WinCup from 2008 to 2010, and Southern USA Regional Director at Mystique Brands from 2007 to 2008. Alexandra also worked as a Corporate Food & Beverage Project Manager at InterContinental Hotels Group from 2005 to 2007, F&B Territory Manager at European Imports from 2002 to 2005, Research Analyst at Datalex from 2000 to 2001, and Marketing Analyst at Tetra Pak from 1999 to 2000. In addition, Alexandra gained experience as a French Language Instructor through a scholarship at the University of West Georgia from 1996 to 1998, where they planned and taught undergraduate French courses.

Alexandra Adams has a strong educational background with a focus on marketing. Alexandra obtained a Bachelor of Arts in International Economic Affairs from the University of West Georgia in 1997. Alexandra then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the same university in 1998. Alexandra further enhanced their education by completing a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature/Letters from Aix-Marseille University in 1994. More recently, they attended Cornell University, where they completed a degree in Strategic Hospitality Marketing from the SC Johnson College of Business.

In addition to their formal education, Alexandra has obtained various certifications to further advance their marketing skills. Alexandra has certifications in Social Media Marketing from HubSpot Academy, Measuring Brand Engagement and Emotional Connection from HubSpot Academy, Building Customer Loyalty and Customer Retention from LinkedIn, and Building a Resilient Marketing Information System, Developing a Service Strategy and Managing the Brand, Developing an Integrated Marketing Communications Strategy, Managing Demand through Pricing and Distribution Strategies, Marketing Planning and Management, and Evaluating Business and Customer Factors Affecting Marketing Decisions from Cornell University. Alexandra also holds certifications in Inbound Marketing from HubSpot, Home Field Advantage from Dale Carnegie Training, Strategic Leadership II from Barry Callebaut School of Management in Switzerland, and High Impact Presentations from Dale Carnegie Training.
