Dirk Poelman

Dirk Poelman currently serves as the Chief Operations R&D and QA Officer at IRCA Group, focusing on the production of specialty chocolates and fillings for the food industry since March 2023. In addition, Dirk Poelman has been a Board Member and Vice Chairman of the Audit Committee at Big Dutchman International GmbH since January 2021 and an External Board Member at Milcobel since October 2021. Previously, Dirk Poelman held the position of CEO at Agaris Group from June 2021 to August 2022 and served as the Chief Operations Officer at Barry Callebaut Group from September 1984 until December 2019.
