Ajay Pal Singh is the current CEO at Ircon. Ajay has previously worked as the Chief Operating Officer/Projects at TDI Infratech Ltd and as President/Projects at Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd.

Singh has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Ajay is renowned for their leadership in the development of real estate opulence, property management and brand building. Under their guidance, TDI Infratech Ltd has delivered the highest level of excellence and luxury in Townships, Group Housing, Malls, Shopping Complexes and Utility Services.

As Chief Operating Officer (Projects) at TDI Infratech Ltd, Singh was responsible for all the development and construction works related to the company's Townships, including high rise building construction in residential, commercial and institutional sectors with shopping malls being developed at various locations in Haryana, Punjab, Delhi etc.

Some of the main projects that Singh has headed include the development and construction of a 1800 acre Township at Kundali, Sonipat; a 500 acre township in Mohali, Punjab; and a 105 acre township in Panipat, Haryana.

Ajay Pal Singh received a BE (Hons.) in Civil Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Ajay then worked in the field of civil engineering for several years.
