Lovely Singh

Lovely Singh is an Assistant Manager at Ircon International Ltd., a Government of India undertaking, since July 2021. Previously, Lovely held the position of HR Executive at Going To School from May 2016 to January 2018. An internship at Bank of Baroda in June 2015 focused on evaluating the effectiveness of the Coaching and Mentorship program. Additional internships included a study on the recruitment and selection process at Reliance Retail Ltd. and inventory management at Idea Cellular Ltd. Lovely's earlier research at Indian Railways examined welfare measures and HR practices. Educational qualifications include an Integrated MBA (HR) from Central University of Jharkhand and HSC and SSC from Delhi Public School, Patna.
