Mohit Chauhan

Mohit Chauhan is an Assistant Manager in Civil Engineering at Ircon International Ltd., a Government of India undertaking, since March 2023, focusing on the Ministry of Railways. Previously, from March 2021 to February 2023, Mohit served as an Engineer with the Ministry of Rural Development, GoI, contributing to the National Rural Infrastructure Development Agency (NRIDA) and overseeing rural roads under the PMGSY scheme. Between June 2018 and February 2021, Mohit worked as a Pavement Analyst at V R Techniche, specializing in quality control and quality assurance for bituminous pavement maintenance. Mohit's academic background includes a Master of Science in Transportation Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, obtained in 2018, following a Bachelor of Technology (Honours) in Civil Engineering from Uttarakhand Technical University in 2014. Prior experiences include a research scholarship at IIT Madras focused on asphalt concrete fatigue characteristics and internships at Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd and Ambuja Cements Ltd.
