Paul Clarke

Paul Clarke is an experienced individual who has held various leadership roles in the field of civil engineering, specifically in highway and bridge projects. Paul has worked on projects financed by organizations such as ADB and AusAid. Paul's most recent position is as a Team Leader at IRD Engineering, overseeing the Talin-Lanjik section of the North-South corridor investment program in Armenia. Prior to that, Paul has held similar roles at companies such as SMEC and Safege. Paul's educational background includes a B.Sc in Civil Engineering from the University of Brighton.
