Melissa Rodrigues Guedes

Melissa Rodrigues Guedes is a Senior Human Resources Coordinator at Irdeto since September 2023, responsible for overseeing the employee lifecycle across seven EMEA countries and managing HR communications. Previously, Melissa held a Human Resources Intern position at Crocs Europe B.V., where responsibilities included employee onboarding and data report analysis. Melissa served as a Teaching Assistant at Erasmus University Rotterdam, guiding psychology tutorials and managing academic records. Additionally, Melissa was an International Student Ambassador at the Erasmus School of Social and Behavioural Sciences, supporting recruitment efforts and prospective students. Melissa holds an International Master of Psychology in Work and Organisational Psychology and an International Bachelor of Psychology from Erasmus University Rotterdam, along with a Minor in Behavioural Health Economics.
