Richelle Morgan

Richelle Morgan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and management. Currently serving as DevOps Engineering Manager and Head of Department for OTT Managed Services at Irdeto since May 2017, Richelle leads a team supporting multiple VOD products for B2B customers, engaging in various aspects of architecture, development, integration, testing, and customer operations. Earlier roles include Integration Engineer at Irdeto and Junior Systems Integration Specialist at MultiChoice, contributing to process improvements and integration support. Prior experience includes an engineering position at Eskom, where Richelle focused on design solutions for various projects, including the Consolidated Building Management System. Richelle holds a Master of Engineering in Technology and Innovation Management from the University of Pretoria and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
