Yurii Yekovenko

Yurii Yekovenko is a Senior Software Engineer in Test at Irdeto since January 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior QA Automation Engineer at Daxx Software Development Teams in Ukraine from May 2018 to December 2019. From September 2016 to April 2018, they held the position of Senior QA Automation Engineer at Grid Dynamics. Yurii also worked as a Senior Automation QA Engineer at Mirantis from May 2013 to February 2016, and as a Lead Automation QA Engineer at GlobalLogic from January 2010 to May 2013. Before that, they were a Lead QA Engineer at Uniquare Ukraine from April 2008 to December 2009. Yurii's work experience also includes positions as a Lead Test Engineer and Test Engineer at Devart from February 2007 to March 2008, as well as a Junior Test Engineer at MaxBill from May 2006 to January 2007, and at QArea from December 2003 to February 2004.

Yurii Yekovenko completed a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics in the years 2001 to 2005. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Informatics from the same institution, completing it in the years 2005 to 2006.

In terms of certifications, Yurii obtained the following qualifications: "Hadoop Data Access - Level 1," "Hadoop Programming - Level 1," "Spark - Level 1," and "Hadoop Administration - Level 1" from IBM in January 2018. Yurii also acquired the "ISTQB® Certified Tester, Foundation Level" certificate from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board.
