Dr. Rik van Leeuwen

Dr. Rik van Leeuwen is an accomplished professional with a strong background in data solutions and customer success, currently serving as the Head of Data, Solutions, and Customer Success at Ireckonu since September 2018. With experience in establishing high-performing data teams and leveraging agile methodologies, Dr. van Leeuwen has driven significant enhancements in operational efficiency and collaboration within organizations. Prior to this role, Dr. van Leeuwen worked as a data scientist and co-founded IrevenU. While pursuing a PhD at VU Amsterdam, expertise in hospitality analytics and machine learning has been developed, further integrating academic research with practical industry applications. Educational credentials include a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Business Analytics from VU Amsterdam, along with foundational studies in Business Mathematics and Havo.
