Felix Dreizehnter

Felix Dreizehnter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and customer experience across various industries. As the Head of Product at Ireckonu since November 2022, Felix drives product strategy and solutions. Previously, at Cendyn from July 2017 to November 2022, Felix held multiple roles, including Key Account Director and Associate Director of Customer Experience EMEA, where leadership involved managing customer experience teams, developing marketing strategies, and facilitating client training. Felix's prior roles at Expedia, Hansar Hotels and Resorts, and Abs Marktforschung provided a strong foundation in market research, client relations, e-marketing, and operational support. Felix holds a Bachelor of Arts in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Hochschule Mittweida and completed the Abitur at Schubart-Gymnasium.
