Princess U. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Princess started their career as a Brand Ambassador at GTVL Manufacturing Industries Inc in 2011. Princess then worked as a Telesales Specialist at EGS - Expert Global Solutions from 2014 to 2016. Following that, they joined PSG Global Solutions as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they sourced resumes, conducted pre-screening interviews, and set up interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

In 2017, Princess U. joined UnitedHealth Group and took on multiple roles. Princess started as a Healthcare Advocate, responding to customer service inquiries and assisting customers with managing their health care plans. Princess then transitioned to the role of Process and Communication Trainer, where they delivered training and evaluated performance for Medicare Advantage Plan advocates. After that, they became a Healthcare Recruiter, conducting assessments and creating reports for external and internal hires.

Most recently, Princess U. worked as a Medical Biller at iRecovery, starting in 2022.
