Sibghat Ullah

Sibghat Ullah is an experienced professional in the field of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and remote sensing, currently serving as an Associate Programme Officer at the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) since May 2021, focusing on Renewable Potential Mapping. Prior to this role, Sibghat worked as a GIS Specialist at Pitco Pvt. Ltd. and provided consultancy services for Sarawak Shell Malaysia as a GIS Consultant Developer through RPS. Experience also includes a position as a GIS Developer at Dawood Engineering Consultancy LLC in Oman and a GIS Specialist for the USAID Power Distribution Program. Sibghat holds a Master of Science in Remote Sensing and GIS from the Institute of Geographical Information Systems, NUST, and a Bachelor of Science in Computational Physics from the University of the Punjab.
