Vikhtor Keller

Vikhtor Keller has extensive experience in structural and civil engineering, spanning over four decades. Currently serving as a Steering Committee Member at the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) since July 2019, Vikhtor contributes to policy implementation and strategic oversight. Previously, Vikhtor held key positions at PARADIGM Structural Engineers, Inc., including Senior Programme Director and Structural Engineering Manager/Program Coordinator, focusing on project monitoring and client relations. Earlier career roles included Senior Project Engineer at Degenkolb Engineers, Civil Structural Engineer at Monroe & Newell Engineers Inc., Lead Structural Engineer at WKC Hamburg GmbH, and Civil Engineer at Hirdes Heinrich GmbH. Vikhtor holds a Master of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from the University of Stuttgart and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Berlin.
