Engagement Ambassador at Iresponze

Jodi LaValla has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

In 1990, they began their professional career at MCI Corporation as a Communications Manager, a position they held for 14 years until 2004.

From 2007 to 2011, Jodi volunteered with multiple organizations in Greenville, SC, including serving as a Board Member for Greenville Family Partnership, the Red Ribbon Auction Party Chairperson, and Secretary of Coach Hills Homeowners Association, among other roles.

In 2010, Jodi took on the role of PTA President at Pelham Road Elementary School, further showcasing their dedication to community involvement.

From 2012 to 2015, Jodi worked as an Events Marketing Manager at Chef 360 Catering, where they utilized their skills to promote and manage various events.

In 2015, Jodi became a Co-Owner of Crafted in SC, an online platform for showcasing handmade products.

Jodi then transitioned to the role of Recruiting Assistant at Heritage Healthcare Inc. in 2015, assisting with recruitment processes until 2018.

Since 2018, Jodi has been serving as an Engagement Ambassador at iResponze.

More recently, in 2020, Jodi became a Talent Acquisition Manager at First Class Recruiting, where they excel in sourcing and acquiring top talent.

Jodi LaValla received their High School Diploma in Graduation from Port Chester High School in the year 1984. Following that, they pursued their higher education at Iona University from 1984 to 1990 and earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing.
