Nick Crosby

Nick Crosby has been working in the professional world since 1990 when they joined the US Army. Nick served as the Director, Directorate of Training and Strategy, Senior Project Manager to the Commander Initial Military Training, Senior Executive Advisor, Executive Director, Senior Operations Officer/Battalion Commander, and Battalion Commander. In 2018, they joined Cerner Corporation as a Senior Technical Project Manager. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Owner/President of iResQ.

Nick Crosby received a Bachelor's Degree from Washington State University between 1984 and 1989. Nick then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Management from Southern Oregon University between 2000 and 2002. Nick also completed the Battalion Commander Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership in May 2012, and obtained a Mediator certification from Southern Oregon University in June 2002. Additionally, they hold an Active Top Secret Clearance and a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
