Prashanth Gandra

Prashanth Gandra is an experienced performance engineering professional with a strong background in testing and non-functional requirements. Currently serving as Performance Engineering Lead at Iress since March 2025, Prashanth has held various key positions including Non-Functional Test Lead at 7-Eleven Australia, where responsibilities included developing non-functional test strategies, and Performance Test Specialist at David Jones, focusing on mobile app performance testing. Prior roles include Performance Test Manager at Orica, Performance Engineering Lead and Performance Engineer at Property Exchange Australia Ltd, and Performance Test Architect at Telstra. Prashanth began a career at Infosys Technologies Ltd as Technology Lead and has also worked in security testing at iSOFT. Prashanth holds a Master's degree in Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from Osmania University.
