Rosalind Cooke

Rosalind Cooke has over 18 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Rosalind currently works at Iress as the Global Head of People Partners, a role they have held since April 2022. Prior to that, they were the Head of HR at Iress starting from June 2014. Before joining Iress, Rosalind worked at Serco as an HR Consultant from June 2012 to December 2013. Rosalind also held various HR positions at Vertex Data Science, including HR Business Partner from February 2012 to June 2012, HR Project Consultant from October 2010 to February 2012, HR Manager from November 2008 to October 2010, and HR Adviser from July 2006 to November 2008. Rosalind began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page International from June 2003 to April 2006.

Rosalind Cooke has a BA (Hons) in French Studies - Upper Second (2.i) from Goldsmiths, University of London, which they obtained from 1998 to 2002. Rosalind also holds an MSc in Human Resource Management and Business from Aston University, where they studied from 2005 to 2006. Additionally, Rosalind is a member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), having completed a CIPD program in 2006.
