Steph (Lin) Lau serves as the General Manager of Strategy at Iress, where responsibilities include designing and implementing business unit strategies and providing executive support to the CEO of Wealth Management. With over a decade of experience in various strategic and consulting roles, Lau has a strong background in business transformation, product excellence, and organizational change. Previous positions include Senior Customer Success Manager at Slack and Senior Consultant at Deloitte Australia, focusing on people and performance strategies. Lau holds dual Bachelor of Commerce degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Melbourne, also having contributed to the university as Chair of the Young Alumni Committee.
