Caroline N.

Caroline N. has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Caroline is currently working as the Chief Product Officer at Significo since March 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Product Executive at the same company from February 2022 to March 2023. Before joining Significo, Caroline worked at Medicinisto AG as the Head of Operations from November 2018 to March 2022. Caroline also served as the Managing Director at Oleaginosas Caribú from September 2016 to January 2019. Additionally, Caroline worked at Reflutec as the Managing Director from June 2014 to March 2016 and as the Business Operation Manager from January 2012 to June 2014. Their earliest work experience was at Hacienda Ángel Azul, where they worked as a Healthcare Management Specialist from March 2010 to November 2013.

Caroline N. began their education in 2004 at Universidad de La Salle where they studied Veterinary and graduated in 2011. In 2012, they pursued a degree in Project Management at Université du Québec à Chicoutimi and completed it in 2014. In 2017, they enrolled at Alice-Salomon-Fachhochschule für Sozialarbeit und Sozialpädagogik Berlin to study Intercultural Conflict Management in the field of Intercultural/Multicultural and Diversity Studies. Caroline received their degree in 2019. In terms of additional certifications, Caroline obtained a "Führerschein für Cybersicherheit" and a "Führerschein für Datenschutz" from Perseus Cyber Security in January 2020. Prior to that, they completed a PV and PTC Training at Sanofi in November 2019 and obtained a Mediation certification from Alice Salomon Hochschule Berlin in September 2018.
